This girl came out to her family and they responded by throwing a massive Pride party

Girl comes out and parents react in the perfect way

Coming out can be the hardest thing in the world to do, but for one girl she has a family that knows how to support someone they love.

Kinsey, a 17-year-old from New Jersey, had a beautiful and positive experience after coming out to her parents.

Not only did she get love, she got a massive ‘Pride party’.

Her parents told her they’d be throwing an ‘early 4th of July party’ and sent her away to the mall with her cousin.

When she returned, she saw a rainbow themed extravaganza:

Just look at this cake! Her aunt, who made the cake, made it vegan as Kinsey is the only one who doesn’t eat meat and dairy products in the family.

And the napkins!

And the general rainbow loveliness of it.

All of her family were there!

‘Especially in light of the Pulse shootings this past Pride Month, our community needs a little joy and hope,’ she told BuzzFeed, ‘and I’m glad to say my family has helped contribute to that.’

‘I love being a part of such a caring and awesome community,’ she added. ‘The best part is seeing how happy the party has made everyone.’

And it has had a huge positive reaction. Kinsey’s pictures have been retweeted nearly 10,000 times.

And one Twitter follower put it perfectly:
