In more insane US politics news, it appears Donald Trump and his VP pick Mike Pence nearly made it to first base at the Republican National Convention.
On the third night, the Indiana governor ended the night by giving a speech on the future of the Republican party.
At the end, Trump emerged from the wings to give what Pence must have thought would be a handshake and a smile for the cameras.
But no, Trump had his lips pursed and ready to go for what appears to be a fatherly kiss on Pence’s face.
Pence, his face in what looks like shock, then tried to stop him as best as he could on national television.

If you need the reminder, Pence signed the ‘religious freedom restoration’ act that made it legal for Indiana businesses to refuse service to LGBTI customers.
Businesses like Apple, Accenture, Nascar and the NBA then took a stand against the law, with cities and states like New York and Washington DC banning travel to Indiana in response.
It ended up costing Indiana $60 million.
