The tragic incident at LGBTI nightclub Pulse in Orlando yesterday highlights why Pride is as important a concept as ever.

While many around the globe celebrated their Pride day on Saturday, the marches and events that took place yesterday [Sunday 12 June] understandably took on a more somber tone.
